Terms and Conditions

Workshop Registration

By registering for an EFATS workshop, you agree to the following terms:

  • Registration fees are due at the time of booking
  • Early bird rates are available until the published deadline
  • Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund minus a £25 administration fee
  • Cancellations received 15-30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations received fewer than 15 days before the event
  • Substitutions are welcome at any time at no additional charge

Intellectual Property

Presentation content and abstracts remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. By submitting an abstract, you grant EFATS permission to publish the abstract title, author names, and summary in workshop materials.

Photography and Recording

EFATS workshops may be photographed and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organisers at registration.

Liability

EFATS and Macresco Ltd accept no liability for loss or damage to personal property during workshop events. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.
